Dual Diagnosis: Open Access  is a peer reviewed, international journal, aims to promote the research in all the related fields of depression and its related syndromes by rapid publication of articles.

Anxiety disorders commonly co-occur in patients of schizophrenia and have significant influence on course and prognosis of schizophrenia. Schizophrenia is a chronic and severe mental disorder that affects how a person thinks, feels, and behaves. People with schizophrenia may seem like they have lost touch with reality. Although schizophrenia is not as common as other mental disorders, the symptoms can be very disabling. stress and anxiety are common experiences, they can escalate to become problems. Research has shown that chronic (ongoing) stress can increase the risk of developing depression and other mental and physical health problems. Over time, stress and anxiety can develop into particular mental disorders.

Research Articles, Review Articles, Mini-review, Case Reports, Opinion, Letters to the Editor and Editorials, Rapid and Short Communications, Commentary on all the aspects of the Journal are accepted. Submitted articles are subjected to stringent peer review and revision process before being accepted for publication, to maintain the quality and significance of the journal. The articles published are made freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication thus improving the citations for authors and attaining a good impact factor.
